Enrolling into your Knowledge Assessment Program (Aruma)
As part of your employment with Aruma, you have been scheduled to attend a Live Online Training and Knowledge Assessment program with Premium Health. You need to enrol into this training and access your student portal prior to attending the session. Please watch the video to learn how to enrol and access your student portal.

1. Open the course enrolment page
Click on the link provided by your coordinator or copy and paste it into a web browser.
The link will be a variation like this: https://vas.to/11a
The details of the training will display. Click ‘continue’.
2. Complete your details
Fill in your personal details. Use your Aruma email address (if you have one) and your legal name, e.g. Thomas not Tom.
Tick the box at the bottom of the page and click ‘continue’.
3. Write down your login details
Your enrolment will be confirmed. Write down or take a photo of your login credentials. Keep these safe.
If you have enrolled in a previous course, your password will appear as *****. Don’t worry, a booking confirmation email will have just been sent to you, containing the details at the bottom of the page. If for some reason you can’t access this, contact us on 1300 721 292.
Click ‘log in’ to be redirected to the login page.
4. Login to your student portal
Fill out your login details and click ‘login’. Make sure there are no spaces in your email or password.
5. Complete your details
You will need to complete your student profile upon first sign in. Complete your details as prompted.
You will only need to indicate your gender and enter your residential and postal address. All other fields are optional.
Click ‘submit’ at the bottom of the page.
NOTE: You may be asked to submit your Unique Student Identifier (USI). This is not required for this training, so just scroll down and click ‘I will submit my USI later’.
6. Click ‘Return to Home Page’
7. Open your course
Locate the correct training course under ‘My Enrolments’ and click ‘open course’.
8. Click the black box (QR code).
Tap or click on the black QR code (YOU DO NOT NEED TO SCAN THIS).
9. Sign your name.
A new window will open with a blue box. Sign this (you can click and hold your mouse down to draw or use your finger on a touch screen. Click save.
10. Close this window.
Click ‘Close window now’ to return to the previous page.
11. Click ‘continue…’
12. Well done! You are successfully in the course.
If you can see a screen that looks like below (noting the details will differ to reflect your exact training session) you have successfully enrolled and accessed the course.
You will need to go to this page during your training to complete your knowledge assessment. Just before you attend the session, please go through steps 4 to 12 to be redirected here. You will not need to repeat steps 1 to 3.
