About Premium Health
Premium Health is a Registered Training Organisation dedicated to empowering individuals and organisations across Australia with the skills to act with confidence and competence in times of need. We are committed to providing exceptional training in first aid, health care, NDIS aligned high intensity support skills and mental health. We offer training Australia-wide.
Since our founding in 1989 by nurse and industry leader Phillipa Wilson, we’ve committed to a simple belief that with quality training, those giving care can improve the lives of the people they support. Our highly experienced trainers (paramedics, nurses, experienced first aid trainers and mental health practitioners) deliver tangible skills to tens of thousands of Australians each year.
We specialise in delivering accredited and flexible training in first aid (such as HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation), mental health (such as Mental Health First Aid and psychosocial hazard awareness), NDIS aligned high intensity support skills (HISS) for disability support workers, and comprehensive disability and health care training for workplaces, aged care providers, disability houses, and individuals. Our trainers are experienced paramedics, nurses, mental health practitioners and experienced first aid trainers who bring real-world insight into every session, ensuring that what you learn is practical, effective, and aligned with current industry standards. With training delivered face-to-face, via live online (Zoom) classroom, through blended eLearning, or onsite at your workplace, we are proud to deliver public and corporate courses no matter where you live.
At the heart of our approach is the belief that the wellbeing of people is too important to compromise. With a reach Australia-wide, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Adelaide, we believe in giving your workforce the capability, confidence, and competence to meet challenges head on.

I have been in the Police Force for 23 years and never in my career have I ever experienced such a knowledgeable, engaging and friendly first aid instructor than I have today. I have also never felt so confident and competent in my ability to administer first aid as a result of today’s training.
