The CPR online e-Learning can take up to 2 hours. The first aid online e-Learning can take up to 6 hours. These times are a guide only, and the time it will take to complete the pre-work will differ for each learner. Shorter course times may mean there is often work to be undertaken online.
All online e-Learning is considered mandatory pre-work and must be completed prior to the face-to-face or live (zoom) training date. Participants who have not completed the online e-Learning will not be permitted to attend the face-to-face or live (zoom) session and will need to rebook at full cost.
We run our public first aid and CPR courses at the following locations in Victoria: Hampton East, Preston, Altona, Frankston, Box Hill, and Docklands.
We do not currently offer our health care training courses for individual bookings. If you would like to enquire about arranging a group booking for any of these courses, please submit an enquiry through our website or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Certificates are generally issued within 10 business days of the training session. Delays will occur if your USI has either not been provided or is invalid. All certificates are issued in electronic format via email. Participants can receive a hard copy certificate for a fee of $15.
The Australian government requires a Registered Training Organisation to collect and verify your Unique Student Identifier (USI) number. Unfortunately we can not issue your certificate without one. For more information, head to usi.gov.au.
We understand that we ask for a lot of your personal information at times. We’re sorry! However, the Australian government requires us to collect this information on behalf of our participants.
