Mental Health in the Workplace: Helping Conversations

Awareness without mental health literacy does not lead to improved mental health (psychological safety). The aim of this 7-hour workshop is designed to increase the mental health literacy of organisational leadership. Participants will develop the knowledge and skills to intervene and provide support to an employee experiencing mental health (psychological safety) issues. Using the Helping Conversations Model, participants will practise and build confidence in initiating and leading mental health (psychological safety) conversations.

Developed and delivered by mental health (psychological safety) professionals, our training enables participants to develop the appropriate skills and draws some of its content from interactive mental health case studies.

Premium Health offers 2 delivery modes. These modes give you the opportunity to choose the way you would like to undertake the course.

All are mental health (psychological safety) professionals with appropriate qualifications, technical expertise and experience in the mental health (psychological safety) care sector. This enables them to provide you with quality training which is grounded in experience and knowledge of the field.
