Providing your delivery address
You have been scheduled to attend a Live Online Training and Assessment program with Premium Health. You will be required to demonstrate tasks during your training using physical equipment. An equipment pack will be delivered to your nominated address prior to training. Please ensure your student portal is registered to your preferred delivery address at least 2 weeks prior to the training.

- New students
Students who have not trained with Premium Health previously will be ask to complete their personal and contact details upon initial sign in.

After completing your personal details, you will be asked to provide your ‘Address of residence’ and your ‘Postal Address’. We will ship your equipment pack to your ‘Postal Address’ so please make sure this accurately reflects where you would like the pack to be delivered.

Once you have completed your details, click ‘Submit’ at the bottom of the page.
2. Existing students (checking and updating your address)
If you are not prompted to complete your personal details upon sign in, this means you have an existing profile with us. Please login to check your postal address is correct. Upon sign in, you will be directed to your dashboard. Look for the menu bar and click on ‘Settings’. This is second from the right in the menu bar.

Underneath ‘My Profile’ click on ‘View/edit your profile’.

You will be directed to ‘My Student Profile’ and be able to add or update your postal address as required. Once done, click ‘submit’ at the bottom of the page.
