Australian workplaces are increasingly required to manage psychological hazards as part of their duty to protect workers’ psychological health. This includes new obligations such as the Victorian Psychological Health Regulations, effective 1 December 2025, which legally requires all employers to manage psychological hazards in the workplace. This course helps employees understand psychological health and implement practical strategies to create safer, mentally healthy workplaces.
