Insulin Administration for Support Workers
Support workers have an important part to play in assisting clients with high intensity daily personal support required when living with diabetes and requiring insulin administration. Participants will practice and demonstrate the skill of administrating insulin via an insulin pen as per a client specific care plan. Participants must satisfactorily complete an assessment of knowledge and skills.
