Asthma
Asthma is a disorder of the smaller airways of the lungs. People with asthma have sensitive airways which can narrow when exposed to certain 'triggers' leading to difficulty in breathing.
I recently participated in a training session facilitated by Premium Health and found it to be an excellent experience. The session was conducted in a highly professional manner, with a pace appropriately tailored to suit the needs of the participants. The trainer demonstrated extensive knowledge of the subject matter and enriched the session with practical, real-life examples.
