Learn how to save a life with Premium Health
When a person's heart stops beating we can help them - but we need to do it quickly!
When a person collapses, becomes unconscious, and stops breathing it most commonly means there is an electrical problem in the heart, which has suddenly stopped pumping blood around the body. And when their heart stops pumping blood, their brain receives no oxygen.
If this happens, you may be able to save their life with CPR.
Premium Health’s nurse and paramedic trainers will teach you what to do in those critical moments. Our trainers are professionals who have frontline experience, and know exactly what it feels like to experience the pressure of someone’s life in their hands.
The Australian Resuscitation Council recommends CPR training be undertaken at least annually – so if it has been a while, it’s time to refresh your skills.
In less than 3 hours (face-to-face) or 1.5 hours (online and face-to-face) you will learn how to save a life. Nothing can be more important than that.
