COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS UNDERTAKING FACE-TO-FACE TRAINING
There are now COVID-19 vaccination requirements in place in both Victoria and NSW for all people working away from home. The below information provides you with the most up-to-date information for people attending Premium Health’s training in a face-to-face environment. Please be aware if you or your staff cannot provide the relevant vaccination evidence required in the relevant State or Territory in Australia then they will not be able to attend the training session.
VICTORIAN COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS: Under the Victorian Government requirements, from Friday 15 October 2021 our trainers are required to check that all participants we train in a face-to-face environment have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. From 6pm, Friday 29 October 2021, our trainers are required to check that all participants we train in a face-to-face environment are fully vaccinated.
NEW SOUTH WALES COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS: Our trainers are required to check that all participants we train in a face-to-face environment are fully vaccinated.
Any participant unable to provide acceptable evidence of their vaccination status as per the requirements above, will be considered unvaccinated and will not be able to attend the training session.
Vaccination information may be recorded in a variety of documents, such as:
- COVID-19 digital certificate via your MyGov account, Medicare Express Plus app, Service Victoria app or downloaded into your smartphone wallet
- Immunisation history statement available from Medicare
- Proof of relevant medical exemption from an authorised medical practitioner.
Our trainers will not be keeping copies of this information, but our trainers must sight these vaccination records.
At Premium Health we have collected evidence to ensure that all our trainers delivering training in a face-to-face environment are adhering to the above COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
We hope you appreciate these matters are outside of our control, and we must comply with the Government requirements.
We take the health and safety of our staff and community very seriously and appreciate your co-operation with these Government requirements.
