This program provides the essential knowledge and skills required to manage and/or remove excess secretions in a client's oral cavity through the use of positioning and/or shallow suctioning. Participants will practice and demonstrate the use of suction devices and discuss potential complications.

- Demonstrate various strategies to manage excess secretions and foreign material in the upper airway
