This workshop is designed for organisational leadership, including management or strategic roles and provides a practical approach to assist them in supporting their organisations workplace mental health.
The workshop works with leaders to explore employer mental health responsibilities, to promote positive workplace mental health strategies which in turn promotes a mentally safe and healthy work environment. The program also provides a deeper understanding of the organisational response framework for mental health conversations in the workplace and explores how to provide support for employees with mental health concerns building skills and confidence to appropriately intervene and support an employee experiencing mental health issues.
Developed by psychologists and delivered by tertiary trained mental health professionals, our training enables participants to develop the appropriate skills and draws some of its content from interactive mental health case study presentations.
