HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation

This course will train participants in the knowledge and skills required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on a person (infant, child and adult) who is unresponsive and not breathing until the arrival of medical support and subsequent transfer to hospital. Our CPR training will manage and care for a person in a cardiac arrest and instruct the participant in the skills of life support (correct ratio of rescue breathing to chest compressions). Each participant will have their own manikin to ventilate and compress the chest to perfect their technique.

Premium Health offers two delivery methods for HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
